How does it work?

It would be helpful to include a brief description of what type of clean you feel you would require ie; regular cleans, one off spring clean/ deep clean. Maybe some details about which rooms require focusing on. From there we can arrange a visit so you can meet the cleaners and feel more comfortable with the process as we appreciate it can be intimidating having someone in our home. We want to make that experience the most comfortable it can be, so that you can feel confident in our services. All of our cleaners are DBS checked and fully insured for your peace of mind. After we have had this consultation we can have a better understanding of what to expect and prioritise as well as checking we have the correct equipment for the job. We can schedule a booking in this time as well as establish a method of access to the property should you be unavailable at the time of the clean. Anything that needs clarifying will be answered in this conversation so that you feel happy and comfortable to relax and let us make your home sparkle! We shall complete the clean, working to a checklist of your priority areas.

Spring Cleans and Pre-Guest Visit Cleans
£20/hr · min 4 hrsA thorough top-to-bottom clean for when your home needs a proper reset. Perfect for guest visits and start of the season cleans.
Spring cleans would include; cleaning that you may not get to on a regular basis but that a guest might notice! This would be things like; bed frames, under beds, tops of wardrobes, insides of windows, skirting boards and we concentrate on priority areas specified by the client.
Landlords & agentsEnd of Tenancy
£20/hr · min 4 hrsProfessional cleans for landlords and letting agents. We help ensure deposits are returned and properties are rental-ready.
End of Tenancy cleans would involve the moving of all furniture prior to cleaning. Carpet cleaning and kitchen appliances are charged separately in addition to the hourly rate agreed. Similar to a Spring Clean but every room is cleaned to hand back to the landlord.
